Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rowpex Ltd ("Rowpex", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [pending registration], registered office: [registered office address]). We operate an online education and community platform for skill-based games and sports analytics (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility — adults only

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or older where the law of your country of residence sets a higher minimum age (for example, 21 in the United States and 19 in parts of Canada).
• We may use age-assurance measures and may suspend accounts that misrepresent age.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service is an education platform. It provides structured courses, live webinars, coaching, moderated study communities and performance-analytics tools relating to poker strategy and sports analysis. Poker and sport are taught as analytical disciplines; no real-money play of any kind takes place on the Service.

4. Content standards and acceptable use

You must not upload, post, link to or distribute on the Service:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene material of any kind. Rowpex is an adults-only platform by audience age, not by content: sexually explicit content is prohibited without exception. Publishing or distributing such material is grounds for immediate account suspension and, for repeat or serious breaches, permanent termination;
• content that promotes, solicits or facilitates gambling with real money, including links or referral codes to betting operators, except where clearly-labelled sponsor placements are lawfully shown by Rowpex itself;
• content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• malware, spam, deceptive schemes, or attempts to manipulate leaderboards, rankings or community metrics;
• any attempt to sell, buy or transfer accounts, or to circumvent moderation, geographic restrictions or payment controls.

We enforce these standards through automated detection and human review. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for breaches. A user subject to a content sanction may not receive payments through the Service while the sanction is active. You can appeal moderation decisions through the in-platform appeals process.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

• Paid features are sold as recurring subscriptions or one-off purchases. Prices, billing intervals and any promotional terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the price disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Where a promotional discount applies for an initial period, the standard price that applies afterwards is stated at checkout, and we will remind you before the standard price is first charged.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: you may request a full refund within 7 days of a subscription payment. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Rowpex does not store your full card details and does not hold customer funds or balances.

6. Coaches and community operators

Selling courses, running paid communities or receiving payments through the Service requires prior approval by Rowpex and an onboarded Stripe Connect account. Approved operators must comply with these Terms and our content standards; approval may be withdrawn for breaches. Amounts owed to Rowpex (including refunds and chargebacks attributable to an operator's sales) may be offset against future payouts as disclosed in the operator agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and Rowpex-produced content belong to Rowpex Ltd or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully post, and grant Rowpex a licence to host and display it as needed to run the Service. The Rowpex name and marks may not be used without written permission.

8. Geographic availability

Some features are unavailable in certain countries where they would be inappropriate or restricted under local rules. These restrictions are applied automatically and are not a representation that the Service complies with the laws of every jurisdiction.

9. Liability

Educational content on the Service is provided for general informational purposes and is not financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, Rowpex's liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Rowpex in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

10. Changes, termination and governing law

• We may amend these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms as described in Section 4.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
