What we are not: Rowpex does not offer gambling, betting, wagering or real-money gaming of any kind. No money is ever staked on our platform; all performance tracking uses virtual points with no monetary value or prizes tied to chance.

How we operate
A simple, transparent model — designed to be easy to review.
Revenue
Rowpex earns revenue from recurring membership subscriptions, paid community memberships and flat-fee advertising placements. Pricing is published on the platform, renewal terms are disclosed at checkout, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Rowpex does not hold customer funds, does not operate wallets or stored balances, and does not issue any form of electronic money. Payouts to approved coaches are made through Stripe Connect.
People
Coaches and community operators are individually reviewed and approved before they can teach or receive payments. They are bound by our content standards and can be removed for breaches.
Jurisdiction
Rowpex Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The platform applies geographic restrictions where features are not appropriate for a user's country, determined server-side.

Adults only (18+)
Rowpex is a platform for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires). Our subject matter — strategy for card games and sports analysis — is intended for an adult audience.
No explicit content
Rowpex does not permit pornographic, sexually explicit or obscene material anywhere on the platform. Publishing or distributing such material is a suspension offence under our Terms of Service.
No gambling
We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate bets. Users cannot stake money or anything of value. Leaderboard points are virtual, non-purchasable and non-redeemable.
Moderation
Content is subject to platform-wide standards enforced through automated filters and human review, with a reporting and appeals process. Sanctioned accounts lose publishing and payment privileges.

Fair terms
Subscription prices, renewal terms and our refund policy are disclosed before purchase, in line with UK consumer law. No hidden charges, no dark patterns.
